Priavte Small Group Classes
Host your very own herbal workshops!
Each private session is unique! As a host you will accommodate as many guests and you'd like! There needs to be a minimum of 8 participants. You pick a topic of your choice, create an event with your friends and family. I open ticket sales on the website. Each participant is responsible for their own ticket purchase. I come to your group and bring all quality materials as well as handouts! Classes usually last 2-3 hours. We have herbal lessons and hands on creation making! Each guest leaves with products theyve made and gifts. I have hosted several varieties of these classes. See the list for some options OR we create your personal experience based on your interests!

Herbal medicine making
Learn Basic Terminology
At least 3 herbal plant lessons with handouts
Hands on product making
Sensory table for smelling, tasting and touching the herbs to become acquainted. We create at least 5 items to begin your herbal jouney
Bone Broth Making
Herbal Incorportation
Learn the how-tos and benefits of creating your own bone broths. We will demo the process, following along with written instructions youll learn tips and ideas to start incorporating the benefits of bone broth into your diet. We will create our own herbal supportive blends to add to the broth and their beneficial properties. This class typically includes an addition ferment demo or butters lesson
Herbal First Aid
Build your plant based medicine cabinet
Learn ways to use plants to support your family preventatively and as a go to for ailments. We can create several products from all natural ingredients and you'll learn ways to grow these plants yourself. This class is a great way to find healthy alternatives for store bought pharmaceuticals. We focuse on tinctures, throat sprays, oil infusions, poultices, salves and more!
The finest vanilla making class
All Things vanilla
We will learn ALL THINGS VANILLA! We create our vanilla simple syrups, body scrubs, vanilla sugars, each participant is gifted vanilla extract as you learn how to make your own fine vanilla extract, the history of the vanilla beans as we munch on a variety of vanilla natural products. This is a Barefoot Favorite Class and offered in the Fall and Winter seasons only!
Herbal Spa and Wellness
Natural Body Products
This class is designed to entice the sense. Using fresh and dried herbs we create a "buffet" style table arrangement to showcase all the beautiful plants. You will receive an herbal lesson on the plants and benefits and create your own bath salts, herbal tisane (tea) blends, body scrubs, and more! Each class specified on building your unique curriculum we offer body butters, lotion bars, face masks, lip balms and more!
Combining natural art and plants
Herbal Arts and Creations
This is a very free flowing session. It can be seasonably determined using fresh and dried plants. We incorporate an art lesson and herbal lesson. Past sessions have included journal and seed storing while we use quality materials to display our creations. Wreath and natural garlands, wooden apothecary box painting and staining and filling our boxes with herbs to use. If you're interested in this class, we can be creative in our designs!
