A hands-on herbal emersion with Barefoot Hippie Homesteading
Join us as we learn terminology, plant profiles, growing and harvesting, and make our own creations!
We will discuss in depth 3 plants that are not only easy to grow in Ohio, but offer incredible medicinal values: 
Echinacea
Elderberry
Chamomile
We will learn what tinctures are, how to make them and create our own.
We also will discuss how to make our own herbal oil infusions and create our own salve using local beeswax and herbs.
A detailed DIY demo for elderberry syrup and tasting! 
There will be an herbal sensory table with various herbs to create a unique herbal tisane (tea) blend. 
Each participant will create their own tincture, salve, tisane blend and more!
